Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions of HSRP shall be governed as per Rule 50 of CMVR 1989
- The warranty of the HSRP shall be in accordance with the provisions mentioned under Rule 50 of CMVR 1989.
- The five years warranty is limited to only Retro Reflective Sheet and not for the entire HSRP.
- Any defect arising due to misuse of the Plate, damages due to liquid ingress, chemicals, spirits or physical abuse, or normal wear and tear will not be covered by this warranty.
- The warranty shall be void if the Plate is tampered with, altered or repaired by unauthorized persons.
- The warranty shall be void if the laser number of the unit is deleted, defaced or altered rendering it difficult to identify the plate.
- Damages due to causes beyond control like accidents, acts of God are not covered under warranty.
5 Years warranty Claim Process
- The Customer shall email a visible image of the defective HSRP to the help desk.
- The customer shall be called by the authorized personal for the purpose of inspection of the defective HSRP.
- After inspection of the defective images, the authorized personal shall inform the customer in writing with regard to accepting or declining the warranty claim with explanation.
- That in the case of acceptance of the warranty claim, the Customer shall be provided with new sets of HSRPs free of cost and shall be asked to handover the defective HSRP.
